1. Lulu international shopping mall, Kochi
It is situated in the city of Kochi. It is one of the most visted place in Kerala. Spanning 17 acres and with a total retail floor area of 1.7 million square feet, it is the 89th largest shopping mall in the world. The mall was opened in March 2013 and contains more than 215 outlets, including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones, a multiplex, ice skating rink and bowling alley.The estimated cost for this project is more than INR 16 billion.The property is owned and managed by Lulu Group.
2. Phoenix Market city, Mumbai
High Street Phoenix, formerly known as Phoenix Mills, is one of the largest shopping malls in India, situated in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Its gross floor area is 3,300,000 square feet (310,000 m2). In addition to the mall, the compound hosts a five-star hotel, a multiplex, commercial space and a residential tower.outh Asia’s largest 20 lane bowling concourse, was first started here in 1996. 3. Elante Mall, Chandigarh
Elante Mall is a shopping mall in the city of Chandigarh in India. With the gross leasable area of 1,150,000 sq ft, it is the second largest shopping mall in Northern India and the fourth largest in India. Elante is spread over 20 acres of area. It is part of a mixed use real estate development project by Larsen & Toubro called Elante.In September 2015, Mumbai’s Carnival Group bought Elante Mall, at a price of Rs 1,785 crore(more than US$ 274 million) making it one of the biggest deal for a single real estate or property in India.

This mall was jointly developed by Phoenix Mills Limited and Sharyans Resources. Phoenix Mall Chennai is part of a development which includes a premium residential space as part of Phase I. Phase II development includes a luxury mall and residential space

6. Neptune Magnet Mall, Mumbai
The mall has been developed by Neptune Ventures & Developers with an investment of Rs 450 crore and it is partially operational with Metro Cash & Carry and Easyday already trading. The project is said to be Mumbai’s largest mall spread over a gross lease-able area of 10,56,000 sq.ft. with four themed atriums. It is also India’s second mall to have an in- house ice skating rink, the first being recently unveiled in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. The mall also houses Mumbai’s biggest two level food court. The entire mall was initially by a Local architect in India But later the Entire Mall Was re-oriented & redesigned by FORREC and maintained by Chattels Property Management Pvt Ltd.
7. Express Avenue, Chennai
The mall is built on 10-acre site inside the historic Indian Express Estate and has four floors of retail space, a building for corporate offices and a hotel. Out of 10 acres, about 3.57 acres has been taken up by buildings. The rest have been used for car parking, drive-ways and landscaping. In all, the mall has 26 lifts, 34 escalators and 4 travelators.
Express Avenue hosts a mixture of shopping, business, and leisure. The mall is bound by Whites Road, Woods Road, and Patullos Road and has a three-level basement parking space for over 1,500 cars and a parking area for bikes. It was inaugurated on 26 May 2010.
The mall has a total development of 1,500,000 sq. ft including 900,000 sq. ft of retail space, 100,000 sq. ft of hotel, 200,000 sq. ft of office space, 400,000 sq. ft of parking space.
E Hotel, a 44-room 4-star boutique hotel, is being developed in the mall at a cost of Rs 300 million.
8. Ambience Mall, Gurgaon
Ambience Mall also known as Ambi Mall, is located on the National Highway 8 (NH8) also called as Gurgaon Expressway. Ambience Mall Gurgaon is the biggest shopping mall destination comprising of an area of 18,00,000sq. ft. with variety of huge stores and mix of shops in the national capital region, making it currently the largest operational mall in India. Ambience shopping mall is a complete new experience for the shopping mall visitors of Gurgaon. The Ambi Mall was developed by the Ambience Group.
9. Orion Mall, Bangalore
Orion Mall is a shopping Mall at Brigade Gateway Enclave in Bangalore, Karnataka, India developed by Brigade Group (Developer). Orion mall with a total mall area of 1.1 million sqft is the 3rd largest mall in Bangalore

The Great India Place was developed by the Unitech Group & is maintained by IRPPL (International Recreational Parks Pvt. Ltd.). It is located in Sector 38-A, Noida, adjacent to NOIDA sec-18 metro station. The mall is itself part of the larger Entertainment City amusement park (Worlds of Wonder).The mall houses a variety of retail outlets, including Shopper’s Stop, Globus, Pantaloons, Big Bazaar, Home Town, Woodland, Lifestyle and Lifestyle Home, along with international brands like Adidas, Nike, Guess, Marks & Spencer. The mall is divided into specific zones, with home and grocery on the basement level, women’s apparel on one side, men’s on the other and a 180,000 sq ft (17,000 m2) food and entertainment zone on the top floor, with a 6-sceen BIG Cinemas multiplex having a total seating capacity of 1220 seats.
